At Car Toys Audio, we’re committed to getting your orders to you quickly and reliably. Most in-stock items ship the same day or within 1–2 business days. Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

For online orders, you’ll receive tracking information so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. If there are any delays or issues, our Customer Care team is ready to assist and ensure your order arrives on time.

Free 2-Day Shipping on all orders $99 and up

Delivery time for standard shipping to any of the 48 contiguous U.S. states is 1-2 business days excluding Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Armed Forces Americas (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Canada), Armed Forces Pacific, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands. Business days include Monday - Friday and exclude UPS holidays.

Exclusions

Delivery time estimates do not apply to large or heavy items over 40+ lbs, P.O. Box addresses, items shipped directly from the manufacturer, out-of-stock items or unless stated otherwise on the product. Other exclusions may apply.

Hassle-Free Returns

At Car Toys Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or store credit. Please review our detailed return, refund, and warranty policies below.

Return & Exchanges

• All products must be brand new, unused, and complete with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with the original proof of purchase.

• Items sold as closeout, special sale, or “as is” are non-returnable.

Restocking Fees

A 25% restocking fee (or more) applies to items missing original packaging, boxes, parts, or accessories.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

1. Special Orders – Covered only under the manufacturer’s warranty.

2. Labor Charges – Installation or service labor is non-refundable.

3. Insurance Replacement Merchandise – Includes replacement dashes, bezels, ashtrays, armrests, custom painting, glass repair, etc.

Refund Policy

• Gift Certificates are not refundable.

• Refunds for purchases made with cash or check will be issued by company check within 14 business days (no in-store cash refunds over $50).

• Purchases made by credit card or financing will be refunded directly to the original account.

Store Credit (House Credit)

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase at Car Toys Audio.

Layaway Deposits

Deposits on open layaway orders become non-refundable after 90 days of inactivity.

Damage Liability

Car Toys Audio is not responsible for damage to vehicles or theft of personal belongings left inside vehicles while on our premises.

Low Price Guarantee

We proudly offer a Price Match Guarantee. If you find the identical product at a lower price from a local or authorized online retailer, we will match that price.

• Product must be in stock and available at the time of purchase.

• Authorized retailers are verified on the manufacturer’s website.

Warranty Disclaimer

All product warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer.

• Car Toys Audio disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• A mechanic’s lien is acknowledged on vehicles to secure payment for repairs.
